Files you choose to send us, such as drawings, photos and survey reports.
Basic technical information your browser sends to our web host (such as IP address and browser type), which is kept in server logs for security.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and arrange site visits.
To deliver the services you ask for, including preparing drawings, calculations and reports, and submitting applications on your behalf.
To keep records we are required to keep for legal, insurance and accounting purposes.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to deliver your project (for example with local authorities, Building Control bodies, Registered Building Control Approvers, water companies or adjoining owners), with service providers who host our website and email, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for legal, insurance and professional purposes.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map; Google may collect technical information when it loads. Links to WhatsApp and Google Drive take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
